一、服务说明

- 余额与合作系统（记录服务器间的合作配置与余额数据）
- 邮箱验证系统（用于身份组授予）
- 五子棋等互动小游戏
- Quote 图片生成等娱乐功能
- 黑名单管理系统
二、我们会采集与记录的信息
为提供上述服务，本机器人会采集、生成并存储以下信息：
1. Discord 账号信息
包括您的 Discord 用户 ID、用户名、显示名称（昵称）。这些信息用于身份识别、权限判断及订单归属记录。
2. 订单/票据记录
当订单频道被关闭时，本机器人会抓取该频道内的聊天记录（包括消息文本、发送者、发送时间），并生成订单记录文件发送至指定的记录频道。如消息中包含附件，仅记录附件的文件名与数量，不会记录附件的完整下载链接。
3. 邮箱验证信息
若您使用 /verify 进行邮箱验证，本机器人会临时存储您提交的邮箱地址、生成的验证码，以及验证状态（是否通过验证）。验证码用于一次性核验，验证通过后该记录仅用于标记您的验证状态。
4. 服务器配置与合作数据
包括服务器 ID、管理员设置、合作配置信息（如有）、余额数据（如适用），用于支持服务器之间的合作功能。
5. 黑名单数据
管理员可将特定用户加入黑名单。黑名单记录包含被加入用户的 Discord ID、加入原因（如管理员填写）及操作时间。被加入黑名单的用户可能会被限制使用本机器人的部分或全部功能。
6. 互动数据
包括您使用斜杠指令的记录、游戏操作记录（如五子棋落子记录）等，仅用于功能运行所需，不会用于其他目的。
三、信息的使用方式
我们采集的信息仅用于：
- 维持机器人核心功能的正常运行
- 生成订单记录、合作记录，供服务器管理员查阅
- 邮箱验证身份组的授予
- 黑名单的查询与执行
- 故障排查与功能改进
我们不会将您的个人信息出售、出租或用于第三方广告、营销目的。
四、信息的存储与共享
- 所采集的数据以本地文件（如 JSON 格式）形式存储于运行本机器人的服务器中，不会被公开发布。
- 订单记录文件会发送至该服务器管理员配置的指定记录频道，服务器管理员可查阅。
- 邮箱验证信息仅用于验证流程，验证邮件通过第三方邮件服务商（Resend）发送，邮箱地址会临时传输至该服务商以完成发信。
- 我们不会主动将您的数据提供给本机器人运营团队及对应服务器管理员之外的第三方，除法律要求外。
五、数据保留与删除
- 订单聊天记录会在订单关闭时打包存档，原频道随后可能被删除。
- 邮箱验证记录会持续保留以维持您的验证状态，直至您申请删除或退出相关服务器。
- 如您希望删除您的个人数据（如邮箱验证信息），可联系服务器管理员或机器人维护者提出申请。
六、黑名单制度
为维护服务器秩序与交易安全，本机器人设有黑名单系统：
- 服务器管理员有权根据违规行为（如炸群,严重违反Discord规则,利用机器人进行不当的事情等）将用户加入黑名单。
七、用户责任
- 请勿利用本机器人从事任何违反 Discord 服务条款或当地法律法规的行为。
- 您在订单、验证及互动过程中提交的信息应真实有效，因虚假信息导致的纠纷由您自行承担。
八、免责声明
- 本机器人按"现状"提供，不对服务的不中断、无错误作出保证。
- 因网络、第三方服务（如 Discord、邮件服务商）故障导致的服务中断，本机器人不承担责任。
- 服务器内的交易、合作行为由用户与服务器自行负责，本机器人仅提供工具支持，不对交易结果作任何担保。
九、条款变更
我们可能根据功能更新调整本条款，调整后的条款将在本机器人或相关服务器内公布。继续使用本机器人即代表您接受修改后的条款。

Thank you for using this bot (referred to as "the Bot" or "we"). Please read the following terms carefully before using any of the Bot's features. Continued use of the Bot constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
1. Description of Service
The Bot provides the following features for Discord servers, including but not limited to:
- Order/Ticket system (creating, managing, and closing service order channels)
- Balance and cooperation system (recording cross-server cooperation configurations and balance data)
- Email verification system (used for granting verified roles)
- Interactive mini-games such as Gomoku (Five in a Row)
- Entertainment features such as Quote image generation
- Blacklist management system
2. Information We Collect and Record
To provide the services above, the Bot collects, generates, and stores the following information:
1. Discord Account Information
This includes your Discord user ID, username, and display name (nickname). This information is used for identification, permission checks, and order attribution records.
2. Order/Ticket Records
When an order channel is closed, the Bot retrieves the chat history of that channel (including message content, sender, and timestamps) and generates an order record file sent to a designated log channel. If a message contains attachments, only the filenames and the number of attachments are recorded — the full download links are not stored.
3. Email Verification Information
If you use /verify for email verification, the Bot temporarily stores the email address you submitted, the generated verification code, and your verification status (verified or not). The code is used for one-time verification; once verified, this record is only used to mark your verification status.
4. Server Configuration and Cooperation Data
This includes server IDs, administrator settings, cooperation configuration data (if any), and balance data (if applicable), used to support cross-server cooperation features.
5. Blacklist Data
Administrators may add specific users to a blacklist. Blacklist records include the blacklisted user's Discord ID, the reason for the listing (as entered by an administrator), and the time of the action. Blacklisted users may be restricted from using some or all of the Bot's features.
6. Interaction Data
This includes records of your slash command usage and game actions (such as Gomoku moves), used solely for the operation of the relevant feature and for no other purpose.
3. How Information Is Used
The information we collect is used solely for:
- Maintaining the normal operation of the Bot's core features
- Generating order records and cooperation records for server administrators to review
- Granting verified roles via email verification
- Querying and enforcing the blacklist
- Troubleshooting and improving functionality
We will not sell, rent, or use your personal information for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Storage and Sharing of Information
- Collected data is stored in local files (e.g., JSON format) on the server running the Bot and is not made publicly available.
- Order record files are sent to the designated log channel configured by the server administrator, who may review them.
- Email verification information is used solely for the verification process. Verification emails are sent through a third-party email service provider (Resend), and your email address is temporarily transmitted to that provider to send the email.
- We do not voluntarily provide your data to any third party other than the Bot's operating team and the relevant server's administrators, except as required by law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Order chat logs are archived when an order is closed, after which the original channel may be deleted.
- Email verification records are retained to maintain your verification status until you request deletion or leave the relevant server.
- If you wish to have your personal data (such as email verification information) deleted, you may contact a server administrator or the Bot maintainer to make a request.
6. Blacklist Policy
To maintain server order and transaction security, the Bot includes a blacklist system:
- Server administrators have the right to add users to the blacklist based on violations (Users who engage in activities such as spamming groups, seriously violating Discord rules, or using bots for inappropriate purposes will be blacklisted.).
7. User Responsibilities
- Do not use the Bot for any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service or applicable local laws and regulations.
- Information you submit during orders, verification, and other interactions must be accurate and truthful. You are solely responsible for any disputes arising from false information.
8. Disclaimer
- The Bot is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Bot is not responsible for service interruptions caused by network issues or third-party services (such as Discord or the email service provider).
- Transactions and cooperation conducted within a server are the responsibility of the users and the server itself. The Bot only provides tooling support and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any transaction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Bot's features evolve. Updated terms will be announced via the Bot or in the relevant server. Continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
